No. The subscription is the only money wegocod takes. There is no per-order fee, no per-delivery fee, no revenue share, and no overage line anywhere in the system. Your invoice contains the subscription, any capacity add-ons you chose, and VAT.
Only confirmed orders, counted once per lead the first time it enters a confirmed status. Leads are never counted: you can upload 100,000 leads on any plan, including free. If a lead is confirmed, cancelled and confirmed again, it still counts once.
Nothing is charged. You get a 20% buffer where everything keeps working, then a notice with a 7-day countdown, then, only if you stay above the buffer for a second month, your plan moves up at the next renewal, with written notice and a one-click cancel. We never block a paying seller's business over a quota.
Yes. Fawry is a first-class payment method: you get a reference code in the app, pay cash at any kiosk, and your subscription reactivates automatically. Cards through Paymob, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash and bank transfer are also supported.

If you don't cancel before day 7, your monthly subscription starts on the plan you picked. Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all. Either way your account stays and no data is ever deleted, if a subscription lapses, your business pages lock until you reactivate and everything comes back exactly as it was. Export is available on every plan, including cancelled accounts.
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT. Egyptian VAT of 14% is added on the invoice.
Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, so you never lose access you already paid for. On the self-serve plans there is no contract and no cancellation fee, you cancel from Settings and keep read-only access to your data. Hub is agreed separately with sales.
